Aperitíf our new dating series is hitting the screens from Sept 23rd on TG4. We shot this new format in the Iveagh Garden Hotel in Dublin last April and are delighted to be getting it out so soon as part of TG4’s exciting new Autumn schedule.
Mairéad Ní Chuaig and Cúán De Búrca guide our singletons through their dates and are looking to make as many love matches as possible.

Got some questions about Aperitíf?
When is filming on and where?
Filming will take place in mid April 2026 and at a location in Dublin city centre.
Will I get paid for appearing on the show?
No you won’t get an appearance fee, but all food and drinks are paid for by the production. You just need to bring yourself and your bubbly personality.
Do I need to be fully fluent in Irish to have a chance of getting on the show?
The short answer is NO. This is a very inclusive series and we are looking for all levels of Irish speakers from the “cúpla focal” to the “líofa gaeilge”. For those with less than fluent Irish, what a great way to learn more Irish than with a new partner.
What are the chances of me truly finding a match?
We will do our utmost to match you with compatible partners and then it is up to you to decide who is / isn’t for you.
Is my personal data safe?
Yes all personal data is stored safely and only stored until such time as we need to confirm your participation or not. No data is ever shared with 3rd parties or held by us beyond what is required for production to be completed.
