It’s all about connecting
3 Courses, 3 Dates,
1 Spark
Different conversations. Different energy. Different possibilities.
Instead of endless swiping or awkward first dates, each participant on Aperitíf meets three different matches over one meal – a Starter, a Mains and a Dessert.
You will meet 3 potential matches, carefully chosen to match your criteria. By the end of the meal you'll know who made you laugh, who surprised you and who you’d like to see again or date right away!
No Pressure ... No Rush ... Just one course at a time.

TAKE A CHANCE ON SOMETHING NEW
Got some questions about Aperitíf?
When is filming on and where?
Filming will take place in March 2027 at a location in Dublin city centre.
Will I get paid for appearing on the show?
No you won’t get an appearance fee, but all food and drinks are paid for by the production. You just need to bring yourself and your bubbly personality.
Do I need to be fully fluent in Irish to have a chance of getting on the show?
The short answer is NO. This is a very inclusive series and we are looking for all levels of Irish speakers from the “cúpla focal” to the “líofa gaeilge”. For those with less than fluent Irish, what a great way to learn more Irish than with a new partner.
What are the chances of me truly finding a match?
We will do our utmost to match you with compatible partners and then it is up to you to decide who is / isn’t for you.
Is my personal data safe?
Yes all personal data is stored safely and only stored until such time as we need to confirm your participation or not. No data is ever shared with 3rd parties or held by us beyond what is required for production to be completed.
What company is producing it?
Award winning Galway based Abú Media Teoranta are the production company. Here is a link to their website. www.abumedia.com
How soon will I hear back from you?
We will return all queries within one week of emailing us.
